Description and operation of the machines

  1. AUTOMATIC TUBE LOADER
    Tube loading system adjustable in width and height according to pipe length and diameter.

  2. CALIBRATION MACHINE
    Single-head machine with CNC electric operation.

  3. CANNING FLANGING / DRAINING MACHINE
    Single-head unit with CNC control on which the flanged / tapered flange canning before or after the introduction of the monolith according to the work sequence.

  4. TUBING MACHINE AND MEASURING THE TUBE
    Machine for the tapering and measurement of the canning according to the values transmitted by the PLC calculated, using the measurement values of the monolith and weighing of the mat.

  5. WINDING MACHINE AND INTRODUCTION with electric CNC operation.
    Machine complete with jaws to wrap the mat around the monolith and introduce them together into the canning.

  6. GBD MEASURING STATION AND LASER MARKING
    The manipulator, once all the calibration, flanging and introduction operations have been completed, will deposit the canning on the rotating device of the laser measuring machine for the dimensional verification of the GBD.

  7. MONOLITE LASER MEASURING TUNNEL AND MATTRESS WEIGHING
    The operator takes the monolith from the pallet and lays it on the rotating table

  8. MANIPULATOR
    Linear manipulator complete with 2 universal gripping units.

  9. DATA MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (TRACEABILITY)
    The use of the PLC for the management of the phases sequence of the machines is foreseen. The data processing process will take into account all the programmable measures taken during the work cycle. It will be possible to manage and archive data of all productions: daily, by product.
